I'm new to tree work so my buddy told me about this saddle to try out since it's cheap. I used it for a couple weeks then let my buddy try it. He's been working trees for 5 years. He said it's WAY more comfortable than Sequoia or Buckingham, or I think Edelrid. He let me try his Monkey Beaver. I thought it was about the same comfort as Monkey Beaver that I used to borrow, but much much better to use because of the buckles. All my bros are jealous of the speed buckles. The padding collects dust and chips a bit, but I just brush them out at the end of the day and it's ready for the next day. I don't know why people are spending $400+ for other saddles this Tendon saddle is the @#%! I got mine on sale for $199. I say definitely buy if they still have it on sale, or I guess even if its not on sale it's still worth $300, just glad I got it cheap.
